What’s the difference between your video tours and other video tours or virtual tours?
Video Tours from MRX aren't just plain home movies. We shoot in High Definition using Canon DSLR's with wide angle and telephoto lens to capture every aspect of a property. We incorporate the latest video editing software to further embellish an already beautiful property and all for the purpose of enticing a potential buyer into falling in love with their next home...before they even step foot in the doorway. If requested, we add titles, captions, and voice overs to mimic a real estate television show. Remember, in addition to bringing buyers to the door, a HD video tour will impress your clients, the homeowners, as we also provide a finished DVD as a token of memorabilia for that family who grew up and created memories. It's a great little token of appreciation that they can take to their next home.
So you see, we don't just "shoot" a video at MRXmediagroup. We create first impressions. We create memories.
Don't get us started on Virtual Tours (which we don't do and will NEVER do). This stone-age primitive form of real estate marketing is downright boring. It's nothing but a cheap slideshow. Half the time, virtual tours show distorted fish-eye images with poor color and shading adjustments. They don't even invoke feelings or emotions (except the need to vomit) Quite frankly, we think they're stagnant and dull. If a picture could speak 1000 words, imagine how much more a video could tell.
So how does this "QR sign" business work?
We like to be different here, at MRX. In a market where multiple homes are sold on one single street sometimes, with people leading busy lives and everyone having a smartphone these days, we decided create a method to really get a listing noticed.
Picture this: you drive/walk down the street of a neighbourhood that you really like and you happen to see a house for sale.
Your immediate response would probably be to get the agent's contact information and find out the specs of the home and if there is an open house. But people are busy and no one likes to waste time. So wouldn't it be great if you could just experience the 'open house' before actually spending your time, money and resources (especially if you come to find out that you really don't like the home in the end)?
Welcome QR SIGNS!
With every video we shoot - we provide a very large 2'x3' lawn sign that sets up nicely beside the agent's "FOR SALE" sign. (SEE THE PICTURES BELOW) Our QR Signs are so large, people can easily scan the code from their cars or as they are walking by --> and be immediately taken to a dedicated webpage with the property's details and the HD video tour! Now if they really like the home (both inside and out) then they'll be more inclined to reach out and make an offer.
Using the QR sign saves an agent time. It saves them money. But most of all, it helps to close the deal by dealing with potential buyers who have already 'walked through the home' once.
AND IT WORKS!
How long does it take to produce a video tour?
MRX video tours typically take roughly 2 hours to film (including photography and depending on the size of the property).
Post production editing varies with each video tour.
How long is the video tour?
Let's face it. People get bored easily. You only get one chance to captivate an audience and get their attention. Knowing this, we don't like taking 5, 10 or even 20 minute videos. We like to keep our product short and sweet. After all, the purpose of the video is to engage a potential buyer, entice them emotionally and encourage them to give you, the agent, a call to get the property SOLD!
Our videos typically run anywhere from 1 1/2 minutes to 4 1/2 minutes (depending on the size of the property and any special consideration that needs to be made for unique property features).
Do I get a DVD of the video tour?
Yes, when you purchase one of our packages, we provide a finished DVD for the seller as a piece of memorabilia.
Can I upload the video tour to social media websites?
Yes. Once the video is ready, we will create a dedicated Listing Page - this is where the QR code will direct a potential buyer. In addition to this page, we will have the video publicly accessible on Vimeo/Youtube. You will also be able to share this video on Facebook, Twitter, Google + etc...
How long does it take to produce the video tour?
We guarantee the video up and running within 24 hours!
Do you have travel restrictions?
We typically work within the GTA. However, we're willing to shoot anywhere within southern Ontario (travel surcharge will apply).
